That formidanda campaign of THE Cruiser against the Spiritualism had the duration of barely three consecutive months! It occupied eleven numbers followed by the magazine! In the eleven numbers, were expenses around seventy you paginate compact... They illustrated the campaign a total of eighty-seven photographs!

Was, in truth, the most greatest strike suffered by the Spiritualism, for the time being, in all the South America!

In the big scandal, the venerable name of Francisco Candid Xavier Also was involved.

Nevertheless, Francisco Candid Xavier and Waldo Scallop, two unpolluted and noticeable Mediums, columns mistresses of the Spiritualism in Brazil (instruments of Emmanuel and André Luís) will be presents to the experimentation. That fact, by itself alone, should be, at least for the leaders, a guarantee of the authenticity of the phenomena. And, despite of the Spiritualists, in general, will know, perfect, that to magazine THE Cruiser always was an enemy declared and ferocious of the Doctrine of Allan Kardec. Or it will be, holy God, that did not serve us of lesson the reporting that David Nasser (today, one of the directors of THE Cruiser) did there are some years ridiculing Francisco Candid Xavier and Spiritualism?!

Already now, in the mind of the reader, if delineate to difficult mission trusted to the admirable Spirit of Sister Josefa: shake (and bring) the conscience completely the Brazilian people for the fundamental problems of the immortality. With the magazine THE Cruiser Sister Josefa reached the objective. And the result, indisputable, is that during the publication of the extensive series of sensationalist reportings all the people was interested for the Spiritualism; and as itself sold in Brazil spiritualistic book - mainly, the that relate phenomena of the Spiritualism! Who says is the own Editorial Department of the Brazilian Spiritualistic Federation. Diverse editions were exhausted in few weeks... In that sense, the case Otilia Diogo nothing stayed to duty to the case Arigo.

But, in parallel to the scandal, was necessary promote the defence of the authenticity of the materializations of Uberaba, according to the plan of Sister Josefa.
